An old farmhouse, a wood-fired oven.
On the road between Nizza and Canelli, in a Piedmontese farmhouse whose dining rooms keep their brick vaults. Pizza has been the house speciality since 2017: type 1 and wholemeal flours, baked in the wood-fired oven. The menu also has Piedmontese dishes and fish, and a long list of local wines. The terrace is covered and heated in winter; outside there is a lawn with a play area for children, and plenty of parking.

“Our dough starts from carefully chosen grains of wheat, ground with a millstone so the flour keeps all the aromas and flavours of the old tradition.” Any pizza can be made with the dough you prefer.

Five rooms, above the pizzeria.
The farmhouse has five rooms with their own bathroom, twelve beds in all, with air conditioning, internet and a balcony or terrace. In summer the outdoor pool looks out over the hills. There is no breakfast; for dinner, the restaurant is downstairs.
