Privacy notice

Updated 5 November 2026

This site uses no profiling cookies and no advertising or tracking tools, has no forms to fill in and sells no personal data. Bookings are made by phone.

Who is responsible

Cascina Vecchia S.r.l., P.IVA 01656420054, Frazione Casevecchie 1, 14042 Calamandrana (AT), Italy. For any question or request: cascinavecchia1@gmail.com or 0141 180 8115.

Visiting this site

Our host, Netlify, receives what every visit sends (your IP address, your browser, the page asked for) in order to deliver the pages and keep them secure.

The visitor statistics count the pages seen, the language, the kind of device and where a visit came from (Google or Instagram, for example). They set no cookie and keep no IP address: a visitor is counted once a day with a code made from a key that is thrown away every day, so nobody can be recognised. Each day’s counts are added into monthly totals.

Bookings

Tables and rooms are booked by phone: the link starts the call from your own phone and the site receives nothing. For a booking we note your name, your phone number and what we need to welcome you, and keep them only as long as needed.

For guests staying in the rooms, Italian law requires us to report their details to the police (Alloggiati Web): we ask for them on arrival.

Map and links

The map loads only if you open it; then OpenStreetMap receives your IP address, under its own policy. Links to Instagram, Facebook, Google and Tripadvisor take you to those services, under their own rules.

Cookies

No profiling cookies and no third-party cookies. One technical cookie, “tanti-v”, is set only when a test address of the site is opened, to remember which version to show.

Who we share with

Netlify (hosting), based in the United States: its data processing terms cover the transfer outside the EU. Public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to restrict or object to how we use it, by writing to cascinavecchia1@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
